Cream Our fresh cream comes from the same BRC approved, independent dairy in Hampshire which supplies our milk. Our major product lines are: Double Cream (48% butterfat) Whipping Cream (38-40% butterfat) Single Cream (18-20% butterfat) Clotted Cream Soured Cream Available in a variety of sizes from 5oz pots, ½ gallons, gallons and 500 litre pallicon containers.
